MAGA Inc. is the flagship super PAC supporting Donald Trump. It was established in 2022 as Trump prepared for a third presidential run and quickly became the dominant pro-Trump outside-spending vehicle, eclipsing earlier Trump-aligned groups. The single largest reported donor to MAGA Inc. in the 2024 cycle was Timothy Mellon, heir to the Mellon banking fortune, who gave roughly $150 million through mid-October 2024 alone — one of the largest individual political contributions ever disclosed. Other major donors included Diane Hendricks, Howard Lutnick, Paul Singer, and a long roster of corporate and individual contributors. The PAC also received tens of millions of dollars from dark-money sources that channeled funds through nonprofit intermediaries.
MAGA Inc. is closely tied to Trump’s political operation through shared staff lineage and consultant networks, though as a super PAC it cannot legally coordinate strategy with the campaign. Its advertising during the 2024 cycle was particularly aggressive against Joe Biden and, later, Kamala Harris.
